The BBC One twitter account have confirmed the involvement of "Doctor Who" on Red Nose Day 2013 - they stated that "Doctor Who will be making a brief appearance" on 15 March 2013. Obviously, we don't know yet whether this simply means Matt will be in the studio or whether something has been specially filmed.
More details when they're released...
