Blogtor Who has an excellent report on yesterday's filming at the Tower of London and it's worth following Blogtor's Twitter Account for more up to date filming photos and notes.
Reports from filming indicate that whilst Matt's stand in did the initial "flying through the air hanging onto the Tardis" sequence, Matt was then hooked up to the Tardis and did the entire sequence himself - as you can see from the second video below.
