The overnight viewing figures show that 3.87 million (19.4% share) tuned in for "The Zygon Invasion" - that's a slight decrease from last week's 4.34 million.
Halloween may not have affected "Strictly Come Dancing" - which achieved 9.35 million but it certainly seems to have had an effect on the later evening shows. "The X Factor" - scheduled directly opposite "Doctor Who" only managed 5.63 million whereas last week it had 6.55 million.
The consolidated figures will be released next week.
