The BBC have confirmed that the first episode of series 7B will air at 6.15pm on Saturday 30 March 2013. Series 7A, of course, kicked off at 7.20pm last September but you can't read much into time slots any more - not with the amount of time shifting that goes on...especially with "Doctor Who".
With the new series of "The Voice" starting at 7pm it seems that "Doctor Who" will be used to draw in viewers in the hope that they stick around to watch "The Voice" afterwards....
